PILATES

We are pleased to inform you that we are now offering PILATES Classes, starting December 6th !

All Classes are 45 minutes in length and 'Semi-Private' or 'Open'

FEE SCHEDULE:

Semi-Private $12.00 Pre-Paid package of 5 $50.00

Open $10.00 Pre-Paid package of 5 $40.00

CLASS SCHEDULE:

Open 9:00 a.m. Tuesday 10:00 a.m. Thursday 10:30 a.m. Saturday

Semi-Private 6:30 p.m. " 6:30 p.m. " 9:00 a.m. "

We want to remind our clients that our Christmas Party will be held on Saturday, December 10th, from 4:p.m. to 8:p.m.

It will be held on the Water-Front at the Contempo Salon Day Spa. We'll have Food, Drinks and DJ Dave Martini.
